Turkish Super Lig side Besiktas have re-signed Cameroon forward Vincent Aboubakar from FC Porto for an undisclosed fee.
The 28-year-old striker who has previously been on a season-long loan deal with the Black and Whites scored 19 goals in 38 games and helped Besiktas retain their Super Lig title during his stint with the club in 2016.
“It’s a pleasure to return to the club where I won everything. I spent great moments of my career here. It’s a superb club you can’t forget,” he said upon his unveiling via the club’s official Twitter account on Saturday morning.
Aboubakar has spent five seasons with Porto since joining in 2014 and made to 115 appearances for the LigaNOS giants scoring 58 goals whilst registering a further 16 assists.
