Musona trials with Belgian club KAS Eupen

Zimbabwe international Knowledge Musona has been training with KAS Eupen, the Belgian first division club announced recently.

He joined their training at the Aspire Academy in Qatar on Wednesday.

Musona joined Belgian giants RSC Anderlecht in In May 2018, signing a four-year deal. Since then, he has struggled for playing time, making 8 league appearances before being loaned out to fellow first division side Lokoren.

South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns have been linked to Musona recently, with coach Pitso Mosimane having spoken out publicly that he would love to have Musona at Chloorko.

It is unknown whether he will stay with KAS Eupen, as they would have to agree terms with Anderlecht before the second half of the Belgian season begins.

Musona has scored 19 goals in 27 international matches, and would be a great addition to the struggling Masandawana attack, who recently drew 1-1 to Bidvest Wits.
