Chelsea and Ghanaian right-back Tariq Lamptey has reportedly sealed a pre-contract agreement with French Ligue 1 club Lille, according to Sky.
Lamptey made his debut just weeks ago, but with the emergence of Reece James as one of the best English full backs, Lamptey will look to move to a club where he either has regular playing time or a near-guaranteed road to the starting lineup.
His match against Arsenal was incredible, especially considering the fact that he is only 19-years-old.
Serie A side Torino have also reportedly made an offer to secure his signature.
English Premier League Club Brighton & Hove Albion have also reportedly made a £6million offer him to purchase him this window.
