Although it was reported that negotiations between West Ham United and Brentford had completely broken down, new reporters have surfaced that the deal is back on.
Said Benrahma is said to be desperate for a move away from the Championship after failing to get a move to the Premier League following Brentford’s failure to earn promotion.
And although a host of Premier League outfits kept tabs on the Algerian international, it seemed that no club was able to meet Brentford’s valuation of the tricky Algerian winger.
West Ham reportedly struck a £30m agreement with Brentord to secure the 25-year-old’s signature days ago, but soon after reports stated that the move broke down.

The move was further complicated by the fact that Benrahma was away on international duty with Algeria. He made a cameo appearance off the bench in Les Verts’ 2-2 draw with Mexico on Tuesday.
Crucially, disagreements between the creative midfielder and the Bees look to have been resolved according to the Evening Standard.
Benrahma would be a huge addition to the Hammers side who narrowly avoided the drop to the second division. He would be espeically important for the London side considering Brazilian left-winger Felipe Anderson left for Porto.
